Tokyo has a lot of air pollution too, but even worse than that is its water pollution... and we can't forget about the trash we leave lying around everywhere. That stuff just piles up, and it all ends up getting into the water - that's what causes the plastic in the ocean. What can you do about these things? Well, if you live in New Delhi, you could always try to change your own personal habits. You could start using air conditioning or fans when it gets too hot in your house - so you don't have to experience the whole thing through your window or from outside. Maybe everyone should use fans more often! You can also make sure that you recycle all of your trash because it's not very good for anyone to dump their trash out on a street because it can be dangerous... especially when it rains! You could also start recycling more often, too. And you could always try to use less plastic, like buying water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. That small change can make a big difference! But what about the people who live in Tokyo? We sure do love our air conditioning here - especially when it gets so hot outside! But can we cut back on it? What else can we do to help our planet?
